Chile has developed a vegan AI cook

Vegans do not eat food of animal origin at all, so even having dressed vegetable salad with mayonnaise, you risk running into a long and informative lecture on how harmful it is to eat eggs and how to unethically offer a product based on it to conscious people who consume only foods of plant origin. If you still want to please these guys, it's better to prepare in advance, with the support of AI-algorithm Giuseppe - this virtual chef uses machine training to replace the familiar products of animal origin with similar vegetable analogues.

The Chilean start-up NotCompany has developed the "AI-cook" specifically for this, so in his business Giuseppe is already pretty good. And unlike us with you, he knows how to replace the egg yolk in mayonnaise, preserving the familiar taste to all of us. It's only necessary to take peas, basil, potatoes and canola oil instead of yolks when preparing the sauce!

Giuseppe analyzes different tastes, studying how different ingredients combine with each other, and then studies the molecular composition of the products, their chemical and nutritional components. Frankly speaking, it is too early to call AI "cook", because while he learned to do only vegan mayonnaise, indistinguishable to taste from the usual. But the developers assure that Greek yoghurt and chocolate are already on the queue.

Either way, Giuseppe can become a good vegan assistant for other AI cooks. Such, for example, as the development of IBM based on Watson, able to come up with new recipes.
