Technologies of robotic shopping, noted in the company, are the most advanced. At the moment, the operation of face recognition systems has been tested, which will replace the sellers in future stores of the company. Tracking of the goods will be carried out on RFID tags, and the sale will be carried out automatically. In addition, now for JD stores special thermal chambers are created, which track the flows of customers and their position relative to shelves with goods - they will help to study the demand for certain things.
