In Shenzhen this year will launch buses with AI

The Chinese authorities actively and everywhere introduce their own unmanned designs. In Beijing, for example, the metro line is already running, along which automatic trains run by a special program. In the future, it is planned to develop ground-based self-propelled electric vehicles. Do not lag behind in this regard, and the city of Shenzhen, located in the south of China - there are also going to open two unmanned routes with buses. And do it plan very soon - in the test mode, the buses will begin to walk before the end of 2017.

In Shenzhen are the headquarters of many high-tech Chinese companies, which are employed in a variety of industries. Some, for example, create their own programs of artificial intelligence, capable, among other things, of managing electric transport. Hardware solutions are produced by other corporations and start-ups, so it's a sin not to unite and make your hometown even better.

Local trolleybus management, too, did not stand aside and invited the developers to cooperate. The result was the design of two unmanned routes. According to Yu Gan, the head of the depot, his specialists have already begun to study the proposed developments, which include security systems and navigation systems. At first, the movement of unmanned buses will be monitored by trained drivers with autopilot.

Developed an autopilot in the National Center for Intelligent Transport Systems, assisted by experts from Huawei. Introduce their brainchild massively, but so far limited to only two routes, which will start electric buses of local production. Thus, the developers plan to create new jobs, and at the same time reduce the amount of harmful emissions polluting the environment. In addition, smart autopilots will try not to create obstacles to traffic and will not create traffic jams and emergency situations on the road.
