The startup team consists of only sixteen people, some of them are developing a program of computer vision. It will help the autopilot to do without costly lidars. They are successfully replaced by high-quality video cameras and the corresponding software. The Flux Auto team expects that the autopilot will be used for the most part outside the city, on not too crowded roads and roads.

According to representatives of Flux Auto, their development will cost the buyer about 3-4 thousand dollars. For this money, the buyer will be able to get an autopilot with the collision avoidance function, capable of confidently driving the car along its side of the road and navigating by marking. TechCrunch reports that the work is already underway, but to full-fledged tests on the roads, the autopilot is still far away.
