Swedish company Sandvik has developed a cloud system (of course, based on Microsoft services), which uses a neural network to monitor the technical condition of industrial machines. In case the machine is about to fail, it automatically turns off the system, preventing damage to materials and expensive equipment. The system will certainly be of interest to owners of large industries located in different countries. Viewers even demonstrated a system of remote administration of giant machines. But for ordinary users, such technologies are hardly of interest.
Not only does the safety of expensive machines worry Sathya Nadella. The safety of people in production is also very important. That's why people need to be constantly monitored with the help of intelligent surveillance systems controlled by artificial intelligence. Another Microsoft project called Emma should help 10 million people suffering from Parkinson's disease, get rid of the tremors in their hands. The system analyzes the tremor and smooths the movement of the hand with the help of tiny vibrator. This allows a person with Parkinson to regain the ability, for example, to write or draw. The current version of the device resembles a wristwatch.
The mobile application Azure will appear for all mobile operating systems (except for Windows Phone - haha!). In addition, the application will gain the ability to manage the system through the console's favorite by many users.

Microsoft believes in the future of artificial intelligence and is actively developing this direction in its business.
