According to Microsoft, such a problem appeared due to damage when updating part of the boot files, in which the operating system stops loading. Theoretically, you can boot the system using a bootable USB-drive, but the creation of such a drive causes some difficulties. They are connected with the fact that Surface RT works on processors with ARM architecture, and thus a boot drive can be created only on devices with a processor built on a similar architecture. In any case, even if such a flash drive could be created on ordinary PCs, such a problem brought difficulties for users, which should not be.
Recall that a few days ago it became available to update the Windows 8.1 operating system, which brought a number of changes and improvements to the Windows 8 system.
