Windows 8

Rumors suggest that the new Windows 9 operating system may be released in November 2014. So the rumors can eventually be confirmed, because at the moment Microsoft has opened a vacancy that hints that the development of the new OS is already underway, although it was literally just possible to buy windows 8.

The MSFTKitchen.com portal found information according to which Microsoft is looking for a Bing development engineer to work with the upcoming Windows 9.

“For work we use only the best that is available in the Bing, WinJS and HTML5 tools - some of them are used in IE10. The development team is focused on creating and integrating great products like Windows 9 and IE11 and working with touchscreen devices including the iPad. ”

- states the vacancy.

Moreover, the source of this news was able to contact one of Microsoft employees, who allegedly confirmed that the company is really working on Windows 9 and, which is also interesting, a new version of the mobile operating system Windows Phone.

“I’m working as a test engineer on the Windows Phone development team and are currently testing Windows 9 OS on Nokia, HTC and Qualcomm-based devices,”

The final point in confirming all the above written words was put by the “gold partner of Microsoft”, iSoftStone, which reported that a large project related to Windows Phone 8 and 9 will most likely be released next year.

If the previous rumors were true, then Microsoft may release the first beta version of Windows 9 in January 2014, the RTM version in October, and the full version will go on sale in November, that is, almost two years after the release of Windows 8.

Between the current time and the release of the new Windows 9, Microsoft will release a major update of Windows Blue, which will be designed only for Windows 8 users.
