Instagram has announced the creation of web versions of its user pages. The company went to such a step by the numerous requests of the users themselves, who demanded to expand the mobile social service of sharing photos on desktop platforms.
According to information published on the Instagram blog, new online profiles will allow users to view their own photo collections via a web browser. Accounts will appear over the next few days. Users will also be able to subscribe to updates of other users' pages, express their attitude to photos with likes or comments, as well as edit a personal page using the web interface.
All profiles will be available on instagram.com.
