LG throws production of WP-smartphones and focuses on Android devices

According to the latest reports from the Korean newspaper Korea Herald, LG announced that they have no plans to produce new smartphones based on Windows Phone , instead, the company decided to focus on the release of devices based on Android .

LG, we recall, was one of the first companies that introduced the first device based on Windows Phone. However, judging by the fact that the company decided to refuse further production of WP-smartphones, it says that it did not manage to achieve good financial performance in this direction.

We'll see if LG’s concentration on the Anroid platform helps in competing with companies like Samsung and HTC. The latter are doing very well.
