Meizu MX and M9 smartphones will get Android 4.0 ICS in June

Meizu announced that its two Android smartphones — the dual-core Meizu MX and quad-core Meizu M9 — will receive an upgrade to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich in June.

In addition, the company said that it will release not just the “bare” Android 4.0 ICS on their smartphones, but also add its own user interface Flyme version 1.0.

Both devices will receive an upgrade to Android 4.0 ICS at about the same time - a month later, after the start of sales of the quad-core Meizu MX in China.
