Google Photovine is a new social photo service. In general, it resembles similar services for publishing photos, like Facebook, Picasa, Photos and Flickr, although it has its own distinctive features. Previously, it was possible to get to it only by invitation, but not so long ago (according to the Fusible techno-blog - on June 6th) Google inc. developed a completely free application called Photovine. It is intended for the Apple operating system - iOS.

You can purchase this product in the App Store online store. With this application you can use all the features of the Photovine service from a mobile device that has iOS platform version 4.2 and higher installed.

“Photovine is a new way to learn more about your friends, or make new ones and share“ your world ”in a new way. A user-created photo-theme can later be replenished by visitors by posting similar images after the user himself makes sure that they fit the topic, ”says Google inc. about your application. By the way, the word “vine”, which in translation means “climbing plant”, “vine” gave the name to this service, because the structure of the photos obtained in the process of adding pictures is very similar to similar “branches”. Also, the “Photototvy” list of opportunities includes: photo sharing, image recognition and search on the Web, tagging friends in the pictures, so you can easily organize your own photo news about Turkey’s tourism without any problems. Search for images on the network is carried out using the intuitive interface-technology Drag & Drop.
