Today, Microsoft has released the first significant update of the Windows 7 operating system, Service Pack 1 (SP1), which has become available for download worldwide. System update should occur in automatic mode. Package size is 1.9 GB.
The update includes enhanced security, performance and stability of the operating system. Were also fixed errors connecting HDMI-compatible audio devices, printing settings of the program XPS Viewer, as well as restoring folders in Windows Explorer after a reboot.
The best way to get a system update is not to hire an electric lift truck, but simply activate the automatic update mode in the control panel. A full update of Windows 7 takes about 30 minutes.
